  • The Machers in Israel – reminiscences

  • A View of a Quarter – unique exhibition during 25th festival

    Susanne Guzei-Taschner from Austria and Eugeniusz Wilczyk from Krakow photographed Kazimierz in 50s and 80s of the past century, and created an extraordinary portrait of our quarter and its inhabitants. We present them now on a special exhibition in an abandoned Jewish apartment in Kazimierz, saving them from oblivion. Four worlds meet in one space.

  • Festival Award for Lucyna and Daniel Shefter

    Almost 20 years ago Daniel Shefter – very private boy, who like to plan everything carefully, met a very spontaneous girl from Galicia – Lucyna – who was following her passions, and enthusistically followed what lige had bring her. This relationship, full of love, contrasts and compromises, brought to this world twins: Josh and Matthew.
