Kumzits | Audience

Artists from Berlin and Jerusalem showed public artworks in the streets of Krakow, without being there in person. With this project, we wanted to make connections – between people, places and stories. And we did.

Here we stop to think about the people that are so vital to making public art come to life: the audience. Together we look at the traces of when the public meets the art, through recordings, videos, images and written testimonies by the people who were there. Everything but what the curators and artists have to say about their work.
