Pre sale of tickets to the concerts of the 23rd Festival will last until June 21st, 2013. The Festival ticket office will open on June 22nd - see the information below. We do not accept resrrvations of tickets to workshops and tours - they will be available only in the ticket office, after the above mentioned date.

- Tickets to the Cantors' Concert, Strauss / Warschauer Duo and BoomPam are available only through Eventim.

If you would like to get an access to all Festival events, and at the same time become a donor of the Festival, you may consider buying Special Ticket, that will replace tickets to all paid events oganized by both the Festival and our partners (except for the Shabbat dinner at JCC on July 5th).

Ticket office will be open for you between June 22nd and July 7th, 2013 in following hours:

Additionally, during the Festival, ticket stand will be open one hour before the concerts at the entrance to the concert venue.
In the festival ticket ofice you can pay ONLY CASH.
If you would like to receive an invoice for the purchased tickets, please tell it to the sale persons and leave all necessary information with them. You may also send the request to: bilety@jewishfestival.pl, including all the information: name of the organization, address, TAX number (if applicable) and detailed number of tickets and names of events. You should do it within 7 days after purchase - according to the Polish law, the Society cannot issue the invoice afetr more than 7 days from the purchase.
Information
1.Reduced prices of tickets are available for children and all students under 26 years, as well as for the retired persons. Appropriate documents has to be presented at the purchase of the ticket.
2. Amount of tickets to particular events of the festival is limited. We reserve the right not to sell a ticket in case all tickets to requested event were sold already.
3. Tickets to workshops and tours shoul be bought in advance in the festival box office. It will not be possible to buy ticket at the entrance to the workshop or at the starting point of the tour. We are sorry for this inconvenience that is caused by the regulation of Polish fiscal law.
4. The seats in the Tempel Synagogue and also in other festival venues are not numbered. We do not reserve seats except for the disabled persons and VIP sections.
5. It will not be possible to return purchased tickets - please make sure you buy what you wanted.
