28th edition of the Jewish Culture Festival in Krakow will be held between June 23rd and July 1st, 2018.
2018 is a year of 70th anniversary of the State of Israel, 100th anniversary of Polish independence, 50th anniversary of March events in Poland and … exactly 30th year from the first edition of the festival in 1988.
Mount of Zion is solid and eternal. In both metaphorical and literal meanings. Zionism is nothing else but a love to Zion.
In metaphorical and literal meaning, Zion is The Land of Israel, with its eternal capital in Jerusalem.
I understand and share love to Krakow, love to Poland, to any other place and country – but in the same time I love Eretz Israel and Yerushalayim.
Israel and Yerushalayim are my state of mind, light of my mind, independence for my spirit, a seal in the Book of Life.
I live long enough to know that nothing is being given to us to last forever. Sooner or later we loose things: it is either taken away from us in our lifetime or we loose life and nothing really matters at all.
It is important for me that in 2018 we celebrate 100th anniversary of Polish independence and 70th anniversary of the State of Israel. Both my countries returned to its Zion: one after 123 years, the other one after two thousands years. I wish none of these countries loose its Zion ever again.
